The REKON Outdoor Gear CT-3HD Carbon Fiber Tripod has a minimum operating height of approximately 10 inches and a maximum height of approximately 65 inches. Its four-section carbon fiber legs feature three selectable leg-angle positions and twist-lock leg adjustments, allowing the tripod to be configured for prone, bench, seated, kneeling, and standing shooting positions. Unlike center-column tripods, the CT-3HD does not use a center extension pole, providing maximum rigidity and stability throughout its entire height range.
The included REKON BH-3HD Ball Head has a maximum loading capacity of 44 pounds. Built around a heavy-duty 44mm ball, it provides exceptional stability for precision rifles, spotting scopes, binoculars, thermal optics, night vision devices, cameras, and other compatible equipment. The ball head features smooth 360-degree panning, adjustable tension control, an independent pan lock, a quick-release accessory plate, and an integrated bubble level. The CT-3HD tripod itself is rated to support up to 66 pounds, while the complete tripod system is rated for 44 pounds with the BH-3HD Ball Head installed.
