Lucky Duck Roughneck 2.0 Electronic Game Call 21-20125-1

Dominate the darkness and command your stands with the streamlined power of the Lucky Duck Roughneck 2.0 Electronic Game Call (21-20125-1). Widely recognized as an industry favorite for night hunting and minimalist setups, this next-generation e-caller retains its highly portable, compact footprint while delivering massive upgrades in durability, sound clarity, and remote range. Whether chasing winter coyotes across snow-covered plains or calling gray foxes in tight woodlots, the Roughneck 2.0 is built to perform when the pressure is on.

The Roughneck 2.0 features an upgraded, ultra-rugged housing wrapped in a specialized protective silicone cover. This innovative sleeve shields the unit from standard field dings and drops while effectively dampening accidental gear-rustle sounds when positioning the call on dry stands. For acoustic performance, the caller features a dual-speaker configuration consisting of a main speaker paired with a secondary high-frequency tweeter integrated directly into the carry handle, delivering an expansive tonal range from deep, raspy distress sounds to crisp, sharp bird and pup whimpers. Paired with the highly advanced LD2X remote transmitter, you can easily control your sequences from over 300 yards away under optimal field conditions.

Key Features:

  • Upgraded Rugged Housing: Reinvented external chassis provides maximum structural strength and all-weather resilience for multi-season predator management.
  • Silicone Sound Shield: Form-fitting protective silicone cover guards internal components, cushions impacts, and dampens unwanted plastic-on-brush noise.
  • Advanced Dual-Speaker Setup: Combines a high-output main horn speaker with a dedicated handle-mounted tweeter to realistically reproduce high-frequency audio files.
  • Long-Range LD2X Remote: Features a robust 300+ yard control range, tactile backlit buttons, and customizable day, night, and dawn/dusk viewing modes with 10 adjustable brightness levels.
  • Verminator Sound Library: Comes preloaded with 200 highly effective, exclusive predator calls compiled by legendary pro Rick Paillet, with a total internal storage capacity of up to 2,000 sounds.

    Roughneck 2.0

Sounds good. Easy to use. Works as advertised so far. Feels cheaply made. They didn’t even bond the rubberized coating to the call or remote. Battery compartment doesn’t inspire confidence. We’ll see how it holds up.
