Important Notes:

• UPS does not count weekends or holidays in delivery times
• Orders placed after 2 PM MST may ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM MST for expedited shipping may not arrive on time. Example, an order placed for UPS 2nd day air on Wednesday at 2:01 PM MST will not ship until Thursday, moving the delivery date to the following Monday (or next business day). Call us if you are unsure of which expedited method you need, we are happy to make sure you select the correct method in order to get your package delivered when you need it.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if:

• You have a Return Authorization (RA)
• Items are in original condition with packaging
• All accessories and materials are included

How to Return

1. Call us at (888) 826-9683 to get an RA number
2. Include your order info and reason for return
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the package
4. Ship the item to our address above

Important:

• Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
• No “postage due” returns accepted

Refunds & Exchanges

• Exchanges: Processed within 2 business days
• Refunds: Issued within 72 business hours after receipt
• 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and product integrity:

• Opened mouth calls
• Used/worn camouflage or ghillie suits
• Opened optics, electronics, or firearm components
• Certain hunting equipment and parts
