Our founder, AP Jones with Arizona coyote is the original "Predator Hunting Superstore®".  We are a full-time "brick & mortar" game call business, with tens of thousands of satisfied customers nation-wide. We are in the predator hunting sport and industry for the long run and will strive to earn your continued business through fast shipping, low prices, and top-notch customer service.

Our Store Manager is AP Jones, He's an avid predator caller and hunter. He has designed numerous predator and game animal calls including the J-13 Javelina Call, Arizona Game Calls Coyote Dead and T-Rex, and the Black Beauty Series of Predator Calls to mention a few. Additionally, he often works closely with the who's who of electronic game call, decoy, camouflage, and night hunting light manufacturing in product prototyping, testing, and advanced capability development. Many customer service calls are answered by AP himself. He's nearly always available to answer a question or give advice on calling products. 

Our spacious shipping facility and warehouse is located in Saint George, Utah.  Our Customer service hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST Monday through Friday. In keeping with our philosophy of being the most competitively priced Predator & Game Animal call source ANYWHERE, an to keep our operational costs low we emphasize the secure Online Ordering aspect of our business.  Shipping: Which Is Faster, Phone Orders or Online Orders? Online orders are much faster to process and ship. Most online orders are processed, packed and ready to ship within 30 minutes of order! We have a staff of warehouse personnel who pull and pack orders as they come off the server printer. Phone orders do take longer to process and ship as they must process through our billing and invoicing departments prior to going to the warehouse for pulling and packing. In a hurry for your product - Order online!

We ship both via the US Post Office (USPS) & United Parcel Service (UPS)


Economy Shipping: 

  • Free Standard Shipping (for qualifying orders): Typically delivered in 7-10 business days. An order qualifies for free shipping when the cart total exceeds the established minimum value for qualified products. Some products that are bulky, heavy, or large do not qualify for free shipping and therefore will not count towards your free shipping required value.  
  • $7.95 Flat Rate Economy Shipping: Typically delivered in 5-8 business days.

United States Postal Service (USPS): Customers have the option of choosing from the following USPS shipping options:

  • Priority Mail: Delivered to most destinations nation-wide in 2 to 4 BUSINESS days. An order with a shipping weight of 1 pound or under (2 or 3 game calls or a couple DVD's) costs approx. $7.95

United Parcel Service (UPS): Customers have the option of choosing the from the following four UPS shipping options:

  • UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days): Recommended for items over 3 lbs. shipping weight or bulky items. Depending on your zone, UPS can be faster than USPS Priority Mail and less expensive.
  • UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business Days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
  • UPS Overnight Air (1 Business Day): Expensive, but gets there overnight.

UPS doesn't count the day the item was shipped (picked up), Weekends or Holidays as delivery or transit days. Example: A 2nd Day Air Package ordered after 2 pm MST on a Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday and will not be delivered until Monday.

  • Higher value orders, non UPS/USPS recognized addresses (non plus 4 zip codes), shipments to apartments, ect, may require signature upon delivery.  If delivery signature is inconvenient, or no one 
    will be home to sign for the order, UPS offers an Electronic Authorization to leave packages called

  • We reserve the right to change shipping methods if the address verification do not match 
  • shipper's address database or if we choose to upgrade methods due to specific or unusual circumstances. Example: You enter a Post Office Box shipping address, and you choose UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping, we may change to USPS (United States Post Office) and ship to your post office box address.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

For returning items for a refund or exchange, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Read our return or exchange conditions found directly below these steps to determine if you qualify for a return.

Step 2: If you qualify for a return, call our customer support line toll free (888-826-9683) to set up a return authorization. Having your Order ID ready before hand will help speed this process.

Step 3: Write your return authorization number down on a copy of your invoice. If you have lost your invoice, write down your return authorization number on a piece of paper with your name, address, and phone number.

Step 4: Write a brief note on your invoice (or piece of paper if you have lost your invoice) explaining the reason for the return (exchange, defective item, refund, etc.).

Step 5: Carefully package the item being returned so it is not damaged while in transit to us. Be sure to include the retail packaging for all returned items if possible. Items received back that are damaged from being incorrectly packaged will not be exchanged or refunded.

Step 6: Return the item to us. You are responsible to pay for the return shipping unless we have made an error on our part and shipped the wrong item or you have received a defective item. For larger and heavier items, we recommend shipping them via UPS. For smaller and lighter items, US Post Office is usually cheaper. Return Conditions:

We will exchange, provide a full refund or replace with a like item for items RETURNED postmarked within 14 days of purchase meeting the following criteria:

You MUST have a Return Authorization: All Items returned must have a return authorization and be accompanied with Name, Address, Phone #, Email (optional), order number, and reason for return. Note: We will not accept items mailed “Postage Due”. The outside of the package must have the Return Authorization number clearly marked - No returns without a Return Authorization will be accepted. Packages returned without authorization will be refused.

Unopened items: If you make a mistake ordering and order the wrong item, WE WILL exchange the item as long as the item is unopened. The customer will be liable for postage/shipping charges for the exchange item back to the customer. We do not refund shipping charges for items ordered by mistake.

Opened Package: Once the package is opened, defective DVD's, CD’s, and Cassette Tapes must be returned with original packing. If opened, we WILL NOT provide monetary refund, but will replace defective items with a new item.

Mouth Calls: Mouth calls cannot be resold for obvious health reasons. We will only refund/exchange mouth calls in unopened packages. We WILL NOT accept returns on Mouth Calls once used or opened. Reasons such as "hard to use" or "I don't like it", "I can't make it sound the way I want to", etc. will NOT be accepted as excuses for return. Be sure of the item you want before ordering - our previous very liberal return policy was abused by a few, ruining it for others. Remember - We will ONLY refund/exchange mouth calls in unopened packages.

Remote Control Game Calls: As with ALL remote controls, ranges can vary significantly depending on battery state of charge and line of sight obstructions - trees, bushes, electrical/power transmission wires, brush, etc. Manufacturers remote control range claims are normally based on clear flat terrain under ideal conditions, with caller and remote elevated 3 - 5 feet off the ground - NOT HUNTING CONDITIONS. Most range claims also include a manufacturers disclaimer such as "under ideal conditions" or "up to xxx yards" or "your range may vary".  Our experience with remotes from various manufacturers is to expect less then claimed range under hunting conditions.  If you have questions about an electronic caller, call us toll free before you order to discuss capability, function, quality, etc.

All original manufacturer retail packaging, manual, literature, and accessories must be included with approved return. Remote and caller must be packaged and shipped in manner which protects remote control LCD screens from scratching and damage. Returns missing items and or scratched LCD screens WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.

We are not a warranty repair center for defective electronic callers. Electronic callers should be return to the manufacturer for repairs. All manufacturers that we carry offer between 1 & 5 year warranties on their electronic callers. We will provide phone numbers and points of contact in the unlikely event you need warranty service.

Ghillie Suits and Camouflage Apparel: We will allow exchanges within 5 days of delivery for size related issues or defects. We do charge shipping for "wrong size returns and exchanges". Once used or worn in the field we will not accept returns.

Non Defective items returned within the 14 Day period WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.


Some items are NOT RETURNABLE due to consumer safety and liability reasons.

Those items include: Opened mouth calls, upper receiver assemblies, stripped uppers, bolt assemblies, and barrel assemblies. Once delivered to you they cannot be returned. Please make sure you do the research and confirm the item you are ordering is what you want, need, and require. If you have questions or need advice call us toll free before you order 888-826-9683. Inspect upper receiver assemblies & barrel assemblies carefully BEFORE mounting them.

Scopes/holographic optic sights/laser sight systems, and parts (triggers, quad-rails, scope mounts, magazines, chokes, etc.) are non-returnable once their retail packaging has been opened. 

All manufacturers’ warranties are in effect and we will gladly assist you with manufacturer contact information.

Refund or Exchange timeline:

Exchanges: Please allow us 2 business days to process and reship exchanged items. If payment is needed for exchange to a more expensive item or to pay for the exchange shipping charges, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving the package. 

Refunds: All refunds will be issued within 72 business hours of receiving the item back. Note: Items being returned that are not defective or exchanged are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Pricing Policy / 14 Day Pricing Guarantee

Our pricing policy and philosophy is very simple - If it's on sale today, then you paid to much yesterday. We do not play the "sales" game many retailers engage in - For example proudly announcing "15 percent off" while inflating the retail price by that same 15 percent, essentially selling it at normal retail anyway. However, on occasion, because of our buying power and industry contacts we are offered opportunities for special purchases and bulk discount buys. In these cases, our policy is to pass the savings on to our customers in the form of lower prices.

Our prices are guaranteed for 14 days from date of purchase. If the customer brings it to our attention, that they purchased an item from and that the item was later reduced in price at within the 14 day guarantee period, we will refund the price difference in the form of a store credit at Please note we will not provide a monetary or credit card refund - store credit only.

Our 14 day pricing guarantee doesn't apply to shipping charges, free shipping offers, and special bonus offers. We do not price match with other businesses.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments / credits at our discretion.

Shipping Delays:

Products ordered normally get shipped the next business day.

To minimize delays and ensure prompt shipping, WE STOCK 100 percent of the items we sell - We  DO NOT DROP SHIP from other businesses or manufacturers. We update our out of stock status each day (online) - Items ordered that are out of stock normally will ship within 7 - 14 days unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to call us toll free to check stock status.

We do not control UPS or US Postal Service or their delivery schedules - Severe weather, road closures, aircraft delays, incomplete address, acts of god, etc can all affect delivery schedules. Many rural areas still take 2 days delivery time even with Express Mail. We will not refund shipping charges for UPS or the US Postal Service not meeting there delivery time guidelines.


Electronic Calls:

Electronic Callers & Remote Control units: We are not a warranty repair center for defective electronic callers. Electronic callers should be return to the manufacturer for repairs. All manufacturers that we carry offer between 1 & 5 year warranties on their electronic callers. We will provide phone numbers and points of contact in the unlikely event you need warranty service.

Mouth Calls:

Mouth Blown Calls: We are not a warranty repair center for defective mouth blown calls (except for & Arizona Game Calls). Defective mouth blown calls should be return to the manufacturer for repairs. All manufacturers that we carry offer between 1 year and lifetime warranties on their call products. We will provide phone numbers and points of contact in the unlikely event you need warranty service.

Indemnity: You agree to hold harmless and defend, Inc and its associates, officers, and subsidiaries from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses for any accident or death, unintentional or otherwise, caused by the use of any item manufactured by or purchased from our online store.
