Mail-in Rebate Offer valid on purchase of a Shockwave or Fusion Digital Wildlife Caller by FOXPRO Inc. purchased between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2017. Limit one rebate per individual, household, or address. To qualify, rebate requests mailed to the address shown below must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2017.
CUSTOMER REDEMPTION PROCEDURE:
The following three items must be included with the rebate request
1. A properly completed Stow-N-Go rebate form (rebate form inserted into packaging by AllPredatorCalls prior to shipping);
2. An original or photocopied sales receipt showing the dealer name and address, purchase date, and Shockwave or Fusion purchase price;
3. The UPC code cut from the bottom of the original packaging (box). Photocopies or facsimiles of the UPC code are NOT acceptable.
- If any item is missing, your rebate request will be delayed and/or denied.

- No gear will be sent nor mail sent outside the U.S.A.
- Post office box addresses will not be accepted. You must supply a street address.
